Ceremonial Speech

I need a 6 min ceremonial speech. I have attached a few documents. The first two pages are of an outline, I need a outline for the speech. The outline has to be just like the sample I provided. Also, if you do a speech that needs some internet digging, lease cite it in MLA at the end of the speech. So to get an understanding I need a outline, with maybe a powerpoint with a few slides, and the speech.
The last 3 pages I included are of the ceremonial speeches I can choose from. If you have in question please just message me back. Also once you look at the topics, please let me know which one you are thinking about writing one.
I was looking at doing a fake drunken toss at a wedding. Hoping to have some humor in it, also something that stands out. Humor because I’m “drunk”.
